Work
The record.
Every job here has a title, a description, and the photographs or film that prove it. Additions land as we shoot them.

Pond buildout
A pond buildout: a new dock, a timber bridge, stone around the water and the waterfall. An intake bay and bog filter, and hideouts for when the fish go back in.

Play area
A kids' play area: the ground leveled, grass in, sprinklers, and a fence so they can use it.

Container workshop
A shipping-container workshop: R-13 in the walls, furring on the ceiling, plywood so the box can be a room.

AC installation
A Della mini-split going onto a shipping-container workshop: hung, charged, and cooling the box.

Stone walls
Stone walls on a concrete footing, laid with a light mortar so the rock stays the point.

Riprap bridge
A timber bridge over the riprap, so seasonal runoff can pass underneath and people can still walk the line.

Pond maintenance
A working pond: koi, goldfish, and a red-eared slider. We keep the pumps, skimmers, water quality, and the fish. An autofill off the well so the level holds itself.

Solar junction box
Solar production dropped. Water had gotten into the junction box, burned the nuts, and was sitting on the copper. New Polaris connectors, cleaned conductors, and a new box.

New windows
New windows in the wall: a slider and two lights, looking straight at the pool.

New insulation
The old insulation was filthy — rat-damaged — and had to come out. New batts went in, and the walls could finally be closed up the right way.

Downstairs casita
A beat-up downstairs, built out as a casita: terracotta floors, a tiled shower, an arch, and a room that can actually be lived in.

Ceiling fans
New ceiling fans through a Temecula house — living room, office, bedrooms. Wired, hung, and running.

Casita exterior
The downstairs casita: failing stucco patched, windows masked, and a warm cream that sits under the deck.

Sunroom swing
A hanging swing in the sunroom: a timber beam through-bolted to the vault, rope, and a bench that looks at the oaks.

Arched kitchen entry
A new arched header between the rooms, framed, plastered, and finished so the kitchen reads as one opening instead of a door.

Runoff for a new road
House gutters were dumping on the hillside. We ran corrugated drain from the downspouts so a road could be cut in without washing out.
